		<description><![CDATA[<p>BAA is launching a major advertising campaign in time for the summer getaway.<span id="more-1556"></span>Using the tag line ‘See it in London, Buy it at Heathrow’ the latest strategy will target the estimated 13.6 million travellers expected to pass through the airport during the months of July and August.</p>
<p>Heathrow is also launching its first ever multi-lingual advertisements pinpointing the savings that can be made at the airport in comparison to the prices at London&#8217;s major retail stores.</p>
<p>Nick Adderley, BAA&#8217;s Marketing &#38; Insight Director, said: &#8220;Visitors descend on London from the world over to make the most of the fantastic shopping that the capital has to offer so we want to encourage them to shop smart by taking advantage of the savings at Heathrow as well as the amazing range of brands.”</p>
<p>In anticipation of the inevitable summer rush the airport will be adding additional staff at check-in and security, and introducing family lanes and improved queue management. Heathrow’s customer service ambassadors, the Journey Team, will also be strengthened with extra team members to attend to passengers’ needs.</p>
